BCDCOG Planning is involved in a wide range of projects, from comprehensive plans for local communities to developing long-range transportation objectives for the region.
We work with local governments and the community in providing local planning assistance for both regional and transportation planning, as well as special studies to help provide data on how we can improve our region.

BCD Regional Climate Action Plan
That’s why the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG) is developing a Regional Climate Action Plan (RCAP). The RCAP is a regional roadmap to reduce pollution, protect our communities, and improve our quality of life.
