BCDCOG offers a wide variety of planning, economic development and social services in order to aid in the orderly growth and development of the area. The BCDCOG’s primary objectives are to assist local governments develop local and regional plans within the tri-county region, in addition to providing local governments with planning and technical support to improve the quality of life in the region. BCDCOG contracts for an array of products and services.

RFQ: Regional Micromobility Plan | Document Download | Submission Deadline: September 30th, 2026 at 3 PM

Excerpt: BCDCOG seeks to update its regional micromobility plan and create a 10-year implementation
framework. The primary purpose of this planning process will be to identify regionally significant
corridors to serve as the backbone of the micromobility network. The secondary purpose of the
planning process will be to consolidate locally identified micromobility projects to identify gaps and
opportunities for connections to each other and/or the corridor backbone. This process will create a
foundation for more detailed micromobility planning at the local level in the future.
