The State of South Carolina has prepared a draft of its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, or CAPER, for Program Year 2022. The CAPER covers the State’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs for the period April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. CDBG, ESG and HOPWA also received CARES Act “CV” funding and accomplishments for CV are also included in the 2022 CAPER, as applicable.
Attachments to the draft CAPER include required IDIS CDBG program reports, and the final when posted will also include the HOPWA and ESG CAPERs.
